Oreos but Better

Ingredients:

Biscuits-

  • 1/2 cup/56g powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour (all purpose or gluten free)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 tsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup/57g melted butter

Filling

  • Cream Cheese
  • Powdered Sugar
  • i did not provide quantities because i measure by desire and taste.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180* Celsius
  2. Mix together butter and sugar
  3. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & soda.
  4. Slowly add milk, a little at a time, until a good consistency is reached.
  5. Roll out between 2 sheets of parchment paper. Punch out cookies, refrigerate, transfer cookies to a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 mins
  7. While baking, whisk the cream cheese in a bowl. add powdered sugar until sweet enough for you.
  8. Let biscuits cool. Spoon filling onto one biscuit, stick another one on top.
  9. DONE!!!
