Oreos but Better
Ingredients:
Biscuits-
- 1/2 cup/56g powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup flour (all purpose or gluten free)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tsp milk
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup/57g melted butter
Filling
- Cream Cheese
- Powdered Sugar
- i did not provide quantities because i measure by desire and taste.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180* Celsius
- Mix together butter and sugar
- Mix in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder & soda.
- Slowly add milk, a little at a time, until a good consistency is reached.
- Roll out between 2 sheets of parchment paper. Punch out cookies, refrigerate, transfer cookies to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 mins
- While baking, whisk the cream cheese in a bowl. add powdered sugar until sweet enough for you.
- Let biscuits cool. Spoon filling onto one biscuit, stick another one on top.
- DONE!!!
